"Working out at Lynch Strong makes working out fun. I set my goals at the beginning of summer. I show up everyday and Zach puts together a workout to help me achieve my goals. I workout at 6AM, and unlike most 6AM workouts, I enjoy getting up and going. The environment during the workout is intense and focused, which is what you need to get better. At the same time, the people working out still make it fun to be up at 6AM. I have worked out at Lynch Strong for almost 5 years now, and am now in college, and I still feel like I get better every summer I come in! I am 100% prepared for my upcoming season at school, and already feel like I am in the best shape. I highly recommend working at Lynch Strong if you want to set goals, and actually work hard to achieve them."

"This is my second summer working out at Zach's. While we are there to workout, it is also a great place for community and friendships, nothing is better than surrounding yourself with people who make you better! Each workout is tailored to every athletes need and focus for their sport. Zach and other coaches want what is best for the athletes that walk through the door, if that is helping them reach a goal, recover from an injury, and much more. This place is truly the best!"

"Working out with Zach and his other staff has been very rewarding and created such a positive environment to get better in. He has been so supportive and pushes me to work as hard as I can, but also preaches for us to enjoy the process along the way. In my experience, having the selected group of college athletes who grind hard every single day in the summer has just been so much fun and we all love that Zach is so passionate and excited for each of our success. Zach has obviously impacted my physical abilities great magnitude, but he's also improved the mental aspects of being a collegiate athlete. He constantly reminds me that numbers don't always translate directly to your physical abilities and that's one of the most important things I've learned. I love getting to go home and having the opportunity to go up to the gym and get in some work with a trainer who truly cares about his athletes! Zach has really helped me improve my jumping, strength, agility and mental performance."

" I came to Lynch Strong my junior year of high school. I had just moved to the area and was having a hard time leaving my friends, coaches and successful athletic program. Lynch Strong not only allowed me to grow as an athlete (which I definitely did). It gave me the opportunity to build friendships at a time I needed them most. The environment and camaraderie created by Zach is one of a kind. It's hard to get a 17 year old motived to wake up at 4:45AM to workout but somehow Zach did. From researching special track workouts, to school records, to state appearances, Zach has made an effort to support me. The advancement of my craft was evident but the effect Zach has had on my character is something I'll be forever grateful for. I have and will continue to recommend Zach because he really is that good!

"After lifting and training with Zach for the past few months, I can't express how grateful I am for the time, energy, and dedication he's poured into helping me grow. Not just as an athlete, but as a person too. From day one, Zach created an environment that was welcoming, motivating, and full of support. The gym quickly became a place I looked forward to go to (even at 6AM...), it's filled with positivity and a great community of people who are constantly uplifting one another.

Throughout my time training here, I've learned so much about my body's strengths and weaknesses. I've seen incredible progress, both physically and mentally. I'm lifting heavier, feeling more confident, and even nearly face my fears of box jumps and hurdles... that's something I never thought I'd say.

Zach is incredibly intentional in everything he does. He pays attention to detail, created workouts to your specific needs, and truly invests in his athletes. You can tell he cares! And not just about the numbers or the performance, but about who you are as a whole. Looking bak at where I started and seeing how far I've come under his guidance is honestly so rewarding. I'm so thankful for the relationship I can continue lean on in the rest of my athletic career.

"I presented a challenge for Lynch Strong and they responded tenfold! After years of softball, I was diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome. I had extensive surgery (rib removed, pectoral minor released)), I underwent 6 months of unsuccessful physical therapy and went to Zach as my last hope to continue playing collegiate softball. Because of the rarity of my condition, Zach did extensive research to create a plan to get me back on the field. He started off with the basics and filled each workout with purposeful movements. Zach provided an environment that allowed me to gain confidence and even went to the extent of purchasing a stem power dot to help my muscles fire. I typically do not find working out fun, but I look forward to coming in every morning, even if I have to wake up before the sun. In just a couple months, I am the strongest and most confident I've been in years! I would not be able to play the sport I love without his dedication to finding solutions."

"Working with Zach has been one of the most impactful experiences of my athletic journey. Zach is more than a trainer-he's a mentor, a coach, and someone who genuinely cares about the success and well being of his athletes both on and off the field. From day one, Zach took a personal interest in me. He didn't just focus on the physical side of training, but also pushed me to grow in discipline, confidence and mindset. He has a gift for knowing when to challenge you and when to encourage you, and he always bring out your best. Because of his guidance, I'm heading into college not just as a stronger and more prepared athlete, but as a better version of myself. He taught me how to train hard, compete with grit, and carry myself with integrity. The lessons I've learned from him go way beyond baseball, and I know they'll serve me well in every part of life. If you're looking for someone who will invest in you fully and help you reach your highest potential, he is that person. I'm incredibly grateful for everything he's poured into me, and I know I wouldn't be where I am today without his mentorship."
